Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At HealthNmart, we strive to provide the best service possible. However, if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you within 24 hours via phone, SMS, or email. If a refund is necessary, we will initiate it within 10 business days from the date of acknowledgment.

2. Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • We are unable to deliver a product you ordered.
  • You return a product from a paid order during delivery or within the eligible return window.
  • You cancel a paid order before dispatch.

In these cases, the refund will first be credited to your HealthNmart balance, which can be used for future purchases. Upon request, the balance can be transferred to your original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Eligible Payment Methods for Refund

  • bKash: Refund possible if requested within 7 days.
  • Card (Debit/Credit): Refund possible if requested within 7 days.
  • Nagad: Refund must be requested within 18 hours of payment.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunds will only be issued as HealthNmart Cash Refund.

4. Refund Deadlines

Refund requests must be made within the eligible refund period stated above. If this deadline is missed, we may be unable to process the refund to your original payment method. However, your HealthNmart balance can still be used to place future orders.
