At HealthNmart, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you not happy with a product, we offer easy return options under the conditions below.

1. General Return Conditions

You may return a product during delivery or within 7 days if:

• The product does not meet your expectations
• The item is damaged during delivery
• You have concerns about the quality or quantity
• The item was received in an unhealthy or unexpected condition
• You are not satisfied with the packaging
• The product is unusable or defective

For **perishable items** like milk, fruits, and vegetables, we have a **1-day return policy**. However, for **mangoes**, we allow returns within **3 days**.

Please note: We monitor accounts with frequent or excessive return/refund requests and may take action to prevent misuse.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for the following items:

• Face masks, gloves, alcohol pads, COVID test kits (opened or unopened)
• Damage caused by misuse
• Malfunctioning products with incidental damage
• Consumable items that have been used or installed
• Items with missing serial numbers or UPC codes
• Products returned without original packaging, manuals, or accessories
• Damage/defects not covered by the manufacturer warranty

Please inspect all products at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately for faster resolution.
